Linking Agroecology for Safe School Lunch is our current program started in June 2022 – 2025 under the support by Agroecology Fund. The program design to help build capacity of AE farmers and link through on-line market to schools in Chiang Mai Thailand and Lao Cai Vietnam. The project works with Community Learning Centers (CLCs) to facilitate AE training and mobile applications for farmers to sell their produce to school lunch programs. This program aims to improve foods safety, nutrition, food security, and preservation of local food culture of schools and local communities.
