The Field Alliance strives to promote and ensure human rights throughout all aspects of our programming. We believe that access to safe food, a clean environment, and fair working conditions are fundamental human rights.

Our work to reduce pesticide exposure, promote land rights, and ensure equitable access to resources is grounded in a human rights framework that recognizes the dignity and agency of farming communities.
