4. Response Timeline and Process
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your request via email within 7 business days.
- Fulfillment Period: We aim to fulfill all verified requests free of charge within 30 calendar days. If a request is particularly complex, this period may be extended by an additional 60 days, of which we will notify you.
- Exemptions: In certain cases (such as legal obligations or overriding public interest), we may be legally required or permitted to retain certain data despite a deletion or restriction request.
