To protect your privacy and security, The Field Alliance requires all Data Subject Requests to be submitted in writing. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

4. Response Timeline and Process

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your request via email within 7 business days.
  • Fulfillment Period: We aim to fulfill all verified requests free of charge within 30 calendar days. If a request is particularly complex, this period may be extended by an additional 60 days, of which we will notify you.
  • Exemptions: In certain cases (such as legal obligations or overriding public interest), we may be legally required or permitted to retain certain data despite a deletion or restriction request.
